Contract

Discounts and Offers
Saving money is a good thing. Please remember that applied promotion codes/discount codes, cannot be used retrospectively on orders and may not be redeemed for cash. Some discounts may only be applied to sale-priced items (regular-priced items may be excluded) or vice versa.
Only one promotion can be applied per order. The last code you enter will be the one that gets applied. Double discounts are not permitted on this site. If a double discount is applied we will contact you regarding this and refund the order.
ToeRag Trading aims to deliver all items within an acceptable time frame. However, there may be circumstances beyond ToeRag Trading reasonable control which may cause delay. In such circumstances ToeRag Trading will endeavour to deliver the goods as quickly as possible or resend the goods if they are declared lost in the post.
Any order placed after 2.00pm may not be shipped until the next working day. Any orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Please note ToeRag Trading classify a working day as Monday-Friday 9.00am-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Deliveries may require a signature on arrival.

Liability

fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

UK and International Returns Policy
ToeRag Trading is confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.
We do not offer free returns as we feel it is better to offer all customers an amazing price point when ordering from us rather than penalizing all customers by applying a surcharge to cover return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. All items can be returned for a full refund within 21 days. All goods returned must be in a new and unused condition and returned with the original proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs.
Returned items must be received within 21 working days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Return items received after 21 working days of delivery will not be refundable and will not be credited. Extended for Christmas

ToeRag Trading cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by a recorded delivery courier.
Upon inspection of returned products ToeRag Trading will issue a full refund to the payment method used for the purchase minus the original delivery charge.

Your Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the contract from the date the order was placed and up to twenty one working days after delivery, (beginning the day after delivery).
